Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased, it is instantly accessible and downloadable, and therefore we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Digital meal plans
  • Online bootcamps
  • Downloadable guides, PDFs and resources
  • Digital challenges and programmes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product
  • You will gain immediate access upon payment
  • You waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) once access is provided

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that:

  • You are charged more than once for the same product
  • You are unable to access the product due to a technical fault on our side and we are unable to resolve it

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Not using the product
  • Results not meeting personal expectations
  • Accidental purchases
