Slow Cooker Beef & Broccoli. Very nice flavours and so easy to make in the slow cooker.

900g sirloin steak or boneless beef, sliced thin
250g beef broth
125mls soy sauce
50g brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons corn flour
4 tablespoons water
350g broccoli florets, frozen is fine
50g rice per person
Method
In the slow cooker, throw in the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and whisk together.
Whack in the slices of beef and toss to coat. Cover with the lid and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
When done, whisk together the cornflour and water in a small bowl. Pour into the slow cooker and stir to mix well.
Throw in the broccoli to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover with the lid and cook for a further 30 mins until the broccoli is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
Serve with your rice. Enjoy!
