Nutty Nana Breakfast Smoothie. Super yummy and perfect for those with strong weight loss goals!

Serves: 1 Time: 5 minutes


 

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 2 teaspoon almond or peanut butter

  • Small handul of spinach

  • Ice cubes if it needs it

Method

  1. Put the banana, almond milk, almond or peanut butter and handul of spinach into a powerful blender with 100ml water.

  2. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.
