Meal prepping ensures you always have healthy options because you’ve planned in advance and always have something easy to grab from the fridge if you get a case of the munchies...

This makes sticking to a healthier lifestyle significantly easier.


It also helps you manage hunger better, because you are able to eat as soon as you feel hungry rather than having to wait to decide, then cook, and eat an hour later.


Managing hunger often means you won’t overeat when you finally sit down for a meal because you won’t be as insanely h-angry😂


So, on days that you know you have more time, and you're feeling good, plan ahead and make a bigger batch of meals to freeze for one of those days where you just can't be arsed!

It certainly doesn’t need to look like an artfully plated Pinterest- or Instagram-worthy masterpiece if your skills aren’t worthy of a Michelin star.


All you have to do is choose your favourite Rosie Meal and get some tupperware to store them in the freezer.


You can even pre-cut all the fruit for the smoothies and freeze those in bags so they are easy to just grab and go. I do the same with my meat. I portion it out and whack it in the freezer after my big supermarket shop. Just saves time, waste, and I don't have to worry about it going off.


There are so many ways to avoid messing up when it comes to your meals, we just have to use the days that we are on the ball to make sure we cover all the bases.


Then we know we won't be getting caught out later down the week.


If you're anything like me, my emotions go up and down like a bloody yo-yo! So I have to make sure on the days I am feeling exra motivated, I make the most of it and get cooking in the kitchen.


Whack on Netflix on the kitchen counter while you're doing it - and I promise it doesn't feel like a chore.
