Just a little tip if you don’t do this already.
Once my food shopping is in, I prep all my meat for the next 2 weeks.
So, whether it’s butterflying the breasts, slicing fillets or chopping into cubes...
Whether it's marinating them in their tupperware or just removing the fat...
I do it all in one go (while watching Netflix on the kitchen counter, of course!) 🤣
Whack it in the freezer and then I just get it out the night before and straight into the fridge.
Saves any meat going off, you don’t have to go out to get more fresh ingredients as much, and also less prep time when I’m making the recipe later on 🤟🏼
I also freeze portions of fresh veg in zipper lock bags to add to my meals.
Like a handful of broccoli and a handful of green beans in each bag.
I hate food going to waste, and this really helps.
