20 Minute Chinese Fakeaway. You'll never order a takeout Chinese again, this is all you need! Lighter on your time, wallet and waist - but heavy on flavour and deliciousness.

Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
3 Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Cornflour
50g Rice per person, dry weight
For The Sauce
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce (optional)
Optional Ingredients
Spring Onions, sliced for garnish
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Method
In a large bowl combine the ingredients for the sauce and mix well.
In another bowl, combine the cubed chicken, cornflour and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat a large pan over a high heat, add a tablespoon of oil and add the chicken to the pan. Stir fry for around 5 minutes.
Add the sauce and continue to cook until the sauce is nice and sticky.
Heat your rice according to the pack instructions.
Serve the chicken and sauce over a bed of rice and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
