Combine this with one of the Fitness Challenges, or just focus on increasing your steps each day with no workouts - it's totally up to you! Do keep in mind (if your goal is weight loss) that fat loss comes from 80% of what you're eating and 20% from exercising. So do make sure to really concentrate on what you're consuming. You'll get great results if you work hard to stick to the food plan as much as possible. Make sure you're in the Facebook Group for extra motivation. We have got this! Please note: When selecting your start date, you can select any date. However, the challenge is set out with days of the week starting on Monday's so it is advised to select a Monday as a start date.
